Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that certain items such as clearance or final sale products may not be eligible for return.
